Our policy upholds our commitment to Inclusive Progress. It is gender-sensitive, and crafted to empower the voices of vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities. Our Human Rights efforts extend to the children of employees living in staff housing and on our plantation estates, protecting their right to quality education, health and general well-being.
