{"id":13452,"date":"2019-03-27T10:40:39","date_gmt":"2019-03-27T02:40:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/april.hellopomelo.space\/articles\/life-at-april-basketball-club-careers-at-april-group\/"},"modified":"2025-03-18T03:57:48","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T03:57:48","slug":"life-at-april-basketball-club","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/april.hellopomelo.space\/id\/articles\/life-at-april-basketball-club\/","title":{"rendered":"Life At APRIL: Basketball Club &#8211; Careers At APRIL Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<div itemprop=\"articleBody\" class=\"page-inner-wrapper\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By day they plant trees, but by night, they shoot threes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set within the town of <a href=\"\/en\/our-media\/articles\/before-and-after-the-growth-of-kerinci-in-pictures\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pangkalan Kerinci<\/a> in Sumatra, Indonesia, the Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP) Complex was built entirely by APRIL Group for its employees and their families.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"APRIL Basketball Full Team\" src=\"https:\/\/april.hellopomelo.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/APRIL_Basket_Ball_Full_Team.jpg\" alt=\"APRIL Basketball Full Team\" width=\"683\" height=\"456\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It houses 36 different sports facilities for the RAPP\u2019s community use, including a basketball court for these members of the RAPP Basketball Club.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The RAPP Basketball Club started in 2005, and currently comprises 35 active members.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"APRIL Basketball Player\" src=\"https:\/\/april.hellopomelo.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/APRIL_Basket_Ball_Player.jpg\" alt=\"APRIL Basketball Player\" width=\"687\" height=\"386\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: center;\">Members<\/span><span style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/span><span style=\"text-align: center;\">meet up for basketball training after work every Tuesday and Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"APRIL Basketball Competition\" src=\"https:\/\/april.hellopomelo.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/APRIL_Basket_Ball_Competition.jpg\" alt=\"APRIL Basketball Competition\" width=\"689\" height=\"387\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Besides this main club, there are also several smaller basketball clubs formed by the various business units owned by APRIL.
